We should keep doing what works and experiment/adapt with what does not.

The monthly general meetings is not most accessible to newbies nor is attractive for people volunteering for task.

Most of these active people are active already within Works Councils and workplace unionization (verdi / IG Metall / NGG) efforts. As we expand across both fronts, capacity for TWC centric organizing reduces. This is a good thing.

For TWC organizing we should make use of online calls for specific functions, like the WoCo roundtable conference planning or anything else instead of using general meeting as a catch-all place.

For social functions, we could have a regular happy-hour or stick with existing all-union social Stammtisch that is co-organised by TWC/verdi and happens every 3-months. Those are frequently well attended by our community.

All meetings and communications are covered under the Berlin Code of Conduct. The privacy and safety of our members is important to us. Sharing the identity of members and or taking/sharing photos are strictly forbidden unless express consent is given.
